Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Mustang Maids’ weekly cleaning services. By purchasing the Service, you ("Customer") agree to comply with the following terms: 1. Definitions Service: Mustang Maids Weekly One-Room Cleaning Service Plan, offering one cleaning per week. Customer: The individual/entity purchasing the Service. Billing Cycle: The period during which the Customer is charged for the Service, typically monthly. Third-Party Promotion: Any promotional offer via a partnership. 2. Pricing and Payment Service is billed on a recurring basis, with automatic payments at the start of each billing cycle. If purchased via a third-party promotion, the Customer must complete four (4) billing cycles before cancellation. Mustang Maids reserves the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. 3. Third-Party Promotion Clause If the Service is purchased through a third-party promotion, the Customer is required to complete at least four (4) billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. Any cancellation requests before this time will not be honored. 4. Customer Responsibilities Access: The Customer must provide access to the building and room for the scheduled cleaning. If the maids cannot access the premises, the Customer may still be charged for the missed service. Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance via Mustang Maids’ website, phone, or email. 5. Force Majeure Mustang Maids shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or equipment failures. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule. 6. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Mustang Maids harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the Service, including property damage, theft, or injuries. Mustang Maids is not liable for theft or damage to the Customer’s property during the Service. The Customer is responsible for securing valuables. 7. Arbitration Clause In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, it shall be referred to United States Arbitration & Mediation for arbitration, in accordance with its rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered on the award.
