Service Description
Includes 3 Rooms, living rooms, and bathrooms Cleaning Service at the University of Oklahoma is designed to provide students and residents with a thorough, hassle-free cleaning experience that keeps their living spaces fresh, organized, and welcoming. Here’s what’s included in the service: 1. Living Area: Surface Cleaning: Dusting and wiping down all surfaces, including desks, tables, shelves, and other furniture. Floor Cleaning: Vacuuming and/or sweeping and mopping floors to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Trash Removal: Emptying trash bins and replacing liners. Organizing: Tidying up clutter to create a neat and orderly space. 2. Bedroom: Bed Care: Changing bed linens (if provided) and making the bed neatly. Dusting: Removing dust from nightstands, dressers, and other bedroom furniture. Floor Cleaning: Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping to maintain cleanliness. Mirrors: Polishing mirrors to a streak-free shine. 3. Bathroom (if included): Sink and Countertops: Cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces, including sinks and countertops. Toilet: Scrubbing and sanitizing the toilet, including the bowl, seat, and exterior. Shower/Bathtub: Cleaning and scrubbing the shower or tub to remove soap scum and buildup. Floor and Walls: Wiping down tiles, mopping the floor, and cleaning any visible marks or mildew. Mirror and Fixtures: Polishing mirrors and shining faucets for a pristine look.
Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Mustang Maids’ weekly cleaning services. By purchasing the Service, you ("Customer") agree to comply with the following terms: 1. Definitions Service: Mustang Maids Weekly One-Room Cleaning Service Plan, offering one cleaning per week. Customer: The individual/entity purchasing the Service. Billing Cycle: The period during which the Customer is charged for the Service, typically monthly. Third-Party Promotion: Any promotional offer via a partnership. 2. Pricing and Payment Service is billed on a recurring basis, with automatic payments at the start of each billing cycle. If purchased via a third-party promotion, the Customer must complete four (4) billing cycles before cancellation. Mustang Maids reserves the right to change prices with 30 days’ notice. Late payments may result in service suspension. 3. Third-Party Promotion Clause If the Service is purchased through a third-party promotion, the Customer is required to complete at least four (4) billing cycles before cancellation is permitted. Any cancellation requests before this time will not be honored. 4. Customer Responsibilities Access: The Customer must provide access to the building and room for the scheduled cleaning. If the maids cannot access the premises, the Customer may still be charged for the missed service. Rescheduling: Must be done at least 24 hours in advance via Mustang Maids’ website, phone, or email. 5. Force Majeure Mustang Maids shall not be held liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or equipment failures. In such cases, efforts will be made to reschedule. 6. Indemnification The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Mustang Maids harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the use of the Service, including property damage, theft, or injuries. Mustang Maids is not liable for theft or damage to the Customer’s property during the Service. The Customer is responsible for securing valuables. 7. Arbitration Clause In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, it shall be referred to United States Arbitration & Mediation for arbitration, in accordance with its rules. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered on the award.
